General Information

Arrival and Departure: We have no fixed arrival and departure days. On arrival your accommodation is available from 15:00 clock. On departure we ask you to vacate by 10.00 this clock.
Bed: Bed for each additional person is charged at a flat rate of 10,00€ per day.
Payment: All prices are incl. VAT.
Acknowledgment: Your reservation is binding on our account only after payment of the total amount.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is free of charge in all rooms but is not part of the rental agreement. We accept no liability for defective cables and late service of Telekom.
E-charging station: Wallbox for our guests, to be found on the house wall to the right of car park no. 5. Drivers who wish to obtain electricity via the charging offer must scan the QR code, which is attached to the charging connection on the side of the wallbox, with their smartphone camera. They will then be automatically redirected to the website reev.one/welcome. Here, drivers can accept the set tariff and specify a means of payment (credit card or Apple or Google Pay). 60€ will then be reserved on the payment method and the amount will be adjusted after the charging process is completed. Drivers will receive a receipt at the e-mail address they have entered.
Fitness: The fitness, table tennis, relaxation room and our sauna is available until 24 Hours.
Pets: Dogs are welcome, for this we charge 25,00e once per dog.
Children: Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in an apartment.
Cot: Cot available on request.
Bicycle and ski cellar: Is available to all guests free of charge and is lockable, as well as ski boot dryer available.
Sledge: A free rental sledge per apartment is available in the ski room in the winter season.
Visitor's tax: The visitor's tax is obligatory and amounts to 3,00 € per person and day, Children 7-17 years 1,65 €. It has to be paid with the booking.
Tourist tax: The tax is levied on the spot in cash.
Parking: Ample free parking is available at the house.
Garage: availability for 5,00€ per day
Smoking:Smoking in all apartments and all common areas is prohibited.
Travel insurance: We recommend travel cancellation insurance. The documents for a trip cancellation insurance we at the request of the booking confirmation.
Sauna: Our sauna is available daily free of charge.

Washing machine and laundry dryer: For all guests for a fee.
Cancellation: With the following cancellation fees: from 30 day before arrival 50% Overnight rate
from 14 day befor arrival 90% Overnight rate in case of withdrawal on the day of the rental period or no show of the lease

Event of amendment creates a one-time processing fee of 50,00€.
